It is the declared policy of the Passaic Family Head Start Program that no discrimination in any aspect of services provided will be made because of race, color, creed, national origin, political or religious opinions or affiliations, physical handicaps, or gender of any student.

Passaic Family Head Start admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at Head Start.
